The plans have changed since Hurricane Nicole damaged the docks at Carney Island. The boat docks are closed for repair so the Staging of Vessels will now be at Dock #110 - northeast of Carney Island. All festivities during the day at Carney Island on December 3, 2022 have been canceled but now there are Pre-Parade festivities at both Gator Joe's and The Anchor.
